Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts and components according to specifications
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining requirements
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure they are operating at optimal levels
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and make necessary adjustments to the machine as needed
- Collaborate with other members of the production team to ensure that production goals are met
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience as a CNC Machinist in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of CNC setup and operation
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Experience with various types of CNC machines, including lathes and mills
- Familiarity with a variety of materials, including metals and plastics
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with others
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges
