Continental US Job Description CACI is seeking a Waterfront Production Engineer who will assist the Production PAPMs with validation of technical production documentation including producibility issues/engineering & design issues/adhoc trial cards, CAR, testing, change validation/verification, and management of contract verification effort. The position will be responsible for development of impact assessments and subsequent documentation for program leadership. What You'll Get To Do:
Interfaces and collects data, updates, information from Production and Technical Teams, including Industry Team, SSBA Team, and PMS 525 Team. Works with configuration management group as well as SSBA to assess pending changes, waivers and deviations for contract/requirement adherence as well as production impacts. Leads waterfront effort to verify shipboard incorporation of Class I/II changes and develops metrics/reports to apprise management of status Reviews contractor CDRL submittals associated with production tracking, management, and execution. Participates in production working groups, IPTs, and other ad hoc working groups as required. Tracks Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) events, progress, and reports any issues from testing. Develops briefs, memorandums, and letters for PEO leadership, Navy leadership, and foreign customers. Qualifications:
US Citizenship Minimum of 10 years of ship production or technical management experience Experience working in or with a US Navy Shipbuilding program office in a leadership role Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel and Power Point. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment. Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
Qualifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification DAU Level III Program Management, Engineering, or Production, Quality and Manufacturing Certification Experience working at a shipyard facility overseeing production Experience assessing ship/system designs for contractual adherence and producibility What We Can Offer You:

Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
